I expected strategic clarity from such a polished brand, but internally, priorities shifted constantly. Campaigns would begin with enthusiasm and then pivot mid-execution without clear reasoning. Instead of building consistent marketing momentum, I often felt like we were chasing trends reactively. This created unnecessary rework and diluted focus. The disconnect between external branding strength and internal planning discipline was frustrating. With stronger strategic stability, results could be so far more impactful.
