Pros
Down to earth and approachable leadership up to the top, invest in employees learning and growth. Fun company events for holidays, summer, and off-site conference bi-yearly. Fair company that is always looking to be innovative and improve.
Cons
Field employees are all over the US which makes it difficult to see each other in person frequently, but the company utilizes technology to engage through video. This is also a pro though, due to getting to know others in different states and connecting through technology.
