      Pros

      Working with a great team at the Jellystone Park.

      Cons

      Corporate is very disorganized. They promote a Destination Workers program but have no one in charge of it. Trying to get assistance to be/stay in the program with no one in charge is beyond frustrating. Due to this issue I was not able to continue employment with the company.

      Great perks and culture at the Main Office. A lot of collaboration with other teams. Transparent.

      With any publicly traded company, a lot of approvals needed for certain things.
