Pros

I've learned so much from this ethical company and am always grateful for the growth opportunities it provides. There's always been a high turnover rate in this field; however, my relationships with the people who have stayed are strong. Upper management strives to offer support around every corner, and there is a great sense of solidarity among staff members.

Cons

There's a lot of pressure on both administrative personnel and RBTs. The job itself is physically, emotionally, and mentally draining. The pay covers monthly bills, but most of the time, I feel we deserve more. Additionally, while one may excel at a role, little recognition is dished out.

Pros

They were an amazing team to work with and learn from. I started out as an intern and eventually worked there. They gave me all the resources I needed and were always there to help me. If I hadn't moved back home after college I would still be there!

Cons

None, they are super flexible and willing to work with you and want you to grow and be the best you can!

Pros

The clients and families are the only positive part of the job.

Cons

Children are pushed through exhausting 8-hour sessions in a windowless clinic, often resulting in tears and distress due to their medical needs not being respected. Staff are overworked, undervalued, and treated with little consideration. The owner prioritizes money over people, creating an environment that feels more like a factory than a place of care.
