Pros
Good discounts (10% everything 30% exclusive and own brand) and extra discount at Christmas and Summer for a week.
Cons
Always expected to do extra hours-without being asked, asking for time of is awful, if you don't meet the (high) targets you get into trouble and your job get threatened(happened to me more than once), full time staff (young and old) are horrible to part time staff, very little training, little opportunities to progress
