Pros
Nice team and senior sales relationships. Opportunities to attend training sessions for e.g. watch repairs, product knowledge. Interesting job building relationships with customers and potential to make big sales. Potential to move up to senior sales but no other progression likely.
Cons
Management poor, very strict on uniform and appearances. If store is quiet there is not much useful to do, could definitely get boring polishing the displays over and over again.
