Pros
From an intern position, everyone at Swat Fame was friendly and willing to help me. It is a family owned company, so many of your fellow employees become your friends. There is a employee recognition day every month where the President and CEO hand out employee anniversary certificates as well as acknowledging an employee of the month. We have safety lunches every 90-days for remaining accident free. Lastly, there is a lot of room for growth here. As an intern i was thrown into production and marketing before i was given the opportunity to work full time in operations management once i graduate.
Cons
The warehouse doesn't have any ventilation. Sewers are usually working in 100+ degrees during the summer (fans provided by company). Bathrooms in the warehouse are not cleaned as often although they are being used a lot more. No reviews for employees to hear of their strengths and weaknesses. Hard to get a raise with no review system.
