      Good benefits when payed on time

      Cons

      Leadership incompetent. Competent leadership was sidelined. CFO is completely useless. CEO is a non-entity that is too busy selling smoke on Linkedin to actually run the company. He has now actually gotten a job in another company, so he doesn't even work at his own company any more. I know of people still there whose payroll is still months late and don't leave in fear of not getting paid.

      Pros

      I really enjoyed working at Sweatworks. The people that work there are great and it's unlike other companies. Despite being 100% remote and employees in many countries and states, there's a real feeling of being together. The work is interesting and I love the fitness industry in general.

      Cons

      Narrower focus on the fitness industry ties it to economic trends specific to that industry.
