Interesting vertical and agency focus.

Pros

Nice pay, remote east coast hours. Nice group of people to work with. Lots of passion for their operating space.

Cons

Very limited tech in the building, a huge focus on agency model, that can cause over promising and under-delivering.

Cons

Leadership incompetent. Competent leadership was sidelined. CFO is completely useless. CEO is a non-entity that is too busy selling smoke on Linkedin to actually run the company. He has now actually gotten a job in another company, so he doesn't even work at his own company any more. I know of people still there whose payroll is still months late and don't leave in fear of not getting paid.

- they do not pay in time, it has been more than 2 years now that management keeps lying to our faces on why the payments get delayed every month - they do not respect work/life balance and makes you work for several projects sometimes - IF they pay they pay only half of what they owe you - they do not value their employees and do not care about you as a person at all
