Pros
The work is challenging and exciting, and there's always something new to learn. Management is supportive and encouraging, without micro-managing. They empower us to make decisions and try new things. The team is collaborative, friendly, and helpful. Most importantly, we are building a product that helps save lives.
Cons
Since we are implementing new processes sometimes it takes a few sprints for us to get acclimated which can slow things down a little or cause bottle necks, but I've felt supported throughout those changes and feel as though my voice is heard.
