Excellent Work-Life Balance, Colleagues are friendly and helpful, strong focus on making the work-place more modern-(Agile workspace, flexibility, on-site gym, stand-up desks and a great academy with fun furniture). Senior Management in Armonk is accessible and often have meet and greet lunches and breakfasts. Strong focus on career development from a lattice perspective (see cons). Armonk is a beautiful campus and they are installing solar!
Cons
Processes can be streamlined. The organization is fairly flat, so if you are looking to climb up a ladder, this may not be the best place for you. There is a strong emphasis on taking a lattice approach to your career, by taking on different roles, continuously learning, going on rotation, trying something in a new area and developing yourself.
