      Pros

      1. I would have given 5 star couple of years ago, however now the work culture is very toxic - full of politics, back stabbing etc. 2. Experience completely depends on the team - would be good if there is no middle management from Bangalore 3. Work life balance

      Cons

      There are many cons - I have listed few of them 1. Incompetent Bangalore Management(C & D bands) which gives higher weightage to the people good in marketing and PPT rather than rewarding those people who really work 2. Promoting incompetent people in the name of diversity etc. 3. No regional diversity - in order words, hindi imposition; experienced escalations just because of usage of regional language

      Over-engineering in making decisions. Lots of hoops to jump through to get things done.

      Pros

      1. 12% 401k match 2. Amazing co workers in the trenches but this is rapidly changing as people look for the exits.

      Cons

      1. Management - the new management team has a maximum personal bonus / profit only mindset. Cost cutting reigns. 2. Constant layoffs. No job is safe. 3. Company has offshored many jobs to India and is in a race to move key underwritering, engineering, claims functions to India as well. Overall, it feels more like a private equity gut job than a publicly traded company.
