Pros

Non. If you come to work and save up to move up and out and never look back or you will die. If you don't speak their Caribbean accent then your screwed, they don't like black Americans hey show favoritism and they don't act their age they treat you as if you they are jealous of you by belittling you from the next person out of envy, they point out the negative out of everything and let everything bothers them and watch you too much instead of being a real leader and they don't followers their own rules and regulations that they put up, they are extremely unprofessional and rude and the duty managers have nasty filthy mouthes when they talk to you as if you were on the street corners and ghetto is not enough of a world to describe them, they don't know how to talk to their cleaners properly and they think you owe them something for just being born, straight up! Honesty no joke this is the truth, I SWEAR!

Cons

Like I said, just come to work ( which they have a hard time of doing) no friends, your just their to work, save your money and go home until it's time to leave and move on with your life. This is their lives so that's why they so nasty and mean because they don't have anything else going on for them it's just Swissport, no lives at all so they come to work mean.

Pros

There is a sense of family culture at the airside level, and that was one of the few genuinely positive parts of the experience.

Cons

Unfortunately, the overall environment was overshadowed by micromanagement and a culture where communication often felt dishonest. There were situations where it seemed like management claimed conversations or warnings had happened when they had not, only to move quickly to write employees up. The lack of consistency and trust made the workplace frustrating and difficult to navigate. There also seemed to be high turnover, along with very little clear direction or path for growth. On top of that, some business practices came across as focused on avoiding providing proper benefits, which left a negative impression.
