      Pros

      - Working on the ramp provides at least some excitement and accomplishments. - Having opportunities to develop good relationships with fellow co-workers in ramp crews. - One of a kind job experience that other jobs don't provide. - Excellent training. - Adequate equipments

      Cons

      - Some supervisors are extremely rude. They simply don't care about you. - Very low pay. - Very little benefits

      Pros

      Overall a nice work team abw and btw including management at Swissport.

      Cons

      Hours vary too much, did want to stay except can not plan a stable budget when hours change weekly or depending on AMs needs.
