HR is a disorganized mess - General Manager Swissport Employee Review

Disorganized company, constantly changing objectives, no real continuity in leadership. One day they are driven by accountants and just are concerned about the bottom line, the next they are worried about operations and safety. The everyone really doesn't know what the driving factor is behind the company. Oh and they take forever to pay if you get a raise. I got a raise in July of 2018, it wasn't reflected in my paycheck until February of 2019. Then they also paid my retro as a lump sum, and I got screwed on taxes. So that was nice, that happened to me 3 times while with the company.
