Pros
Close Bond with all colleagues. Experience working in a fast-paced job Close up and personal with aircraft and airlines from around the world. Meeting great flight and cabin crew creating long time relationships.
Cons
Management Issues. Facilities falling apart, toilets not in good condition. Wasn't issued full uniform after being so long at the job. Not enough equipment at our base airport and no attempt to bring more in. Pay doesn't meet the conditions we have to work in and the amount of work we do. The commute to work and its parking conditions.
