Short staffed. No leadership. The pay sucks. Long hours. Overworked. The culture is very performative. No recognition. No bonus (except for the ones at the top). Not even a gift card to Buffalo Wild Wings. Barely any WFH anymore. As an employee here, I wouldn't let my family be patients here either..
