Pros
Being able to manage your own schedule and use a company car are some great benefits. Managers are easy to work with and really advocate for you. If you live in a good area, it is easy to move from one contract to another when they expire.
Cons
Being a contract employee does mean that your job is not as secure and is always temporary. Some team members look down on contract employees, and pay is not as good as if you were employed by the manufacturer.
