Pros
German team is great. The manager of the core Synopsys business knows how lead a team: helping when needed / asked - no micromanagement - understands his business - is not afraid to listen to his team and act accordingly. Unfortunately the SIG was taken away from him. Also good infrastructure and payment. Team is always helping and curious about the situation and how to improve.
Cons
SIG (software security part) team is lead via UK and USA. Synopsys does not understand (yet) this business and EMEA leader is very limited on business know how. The same goes with the top manager of SIG who is doing management by helicopter.
