Pros
Good employees, fairness, good to very good software tools in digital design, household name in semiconductor design, fiscally conservative, good pay. A team of really experienced people who generally work well together.
Cons
Lack of innovation for new products - helps drive startups, lots of acquisitions to manage makes product lines and people management difficult. Few career paths for salespeople but most don't mind since the pay is good.
