Pros
Good benefits, some good policies, ok type policies. Top management has a very good focus on the business, CEO & CFO are very good, as a whole, good prospect of the company's future.
Cons
People don't get recognition even after their hard work. Everything is ad-hoc there and everything is under the table. Terrible place to work at.
