      World class EDA products, challenging job, get to work with best people, training and compensation for employees is good.

      Cons

      You might feel monotonous work life. If you have passion for R&D it might not be the case, otherwise you may feel stuck in a job profile.

      Flexible work environment, above average salary

      Cons

      Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
