      Pros

      Entry level salary is very good. Great team-work activities.

      Cons

      Workload is very high, managers are not very capable to handle personal problems. Not very rewardable, do not expect a promotion even if you work day and night. The theoretical work environment is very nice, however it is not put into practice. People will eventually pressure you and take advantage of you as soon as the can.
