      Technology is available very stable in recessions as well

      IT is treated as a not so important to the company salaries are very low rather management is not interested to increase salaries

      Flexible work environment, above average salary

      Cons

      Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
