No regard for their employees well being. Company makes poor decisions and changes direction often. They don't have full control of the company in regards to the operating companies. It's like corporate is just pretending that they have power over them, but they give into resistance from the execs at each company. They will never succeed in their ultimate vision if they continue to run this way. "One Sysco" slogan is a joke. Also, they employ some real low life people and let them climb the corporate ladder. If you have real skill and a good head on your shoulder then look elsewhere. There are plenty of companies that offer better pay and benefits with a greater sense of satisfaction in your work.
