1. Fun activities once in a while. 2. Awesome people. 3. Quarterly events. 4. Vast learning area in the aspects of Technology & Stack.
Cons
1. Nobody like your bonus policy. You people say our employees like the bonus policy and it’s helpful , but really they don’t and it doesn’t help. 2. People get terminated on silly reason’s. You guys gotta understand the real reason. And dont terminate them because they did not listen to what you said. Everybody has concerns, understand them. 3. Don’t just do something and expect employees to like them. Instead consult with them first. 4. I got blackmailed on my annual rise for doing something in favour of management. I have to throw away my personal works to get a good rise.
