This is truly the BEST company and group of owners that I have EVER worked for! There is a very sincere and helpful team-first environment here. The partners and employees alike are a honest group of people, very intelligent, full of integrity and respect, and still able to have fun and enjoy the WINS together. It's more of a family environment here which makes coming to work so much more enjoyable. Something you look forward to each day instead of dreading like my past job environments. When we are spending a significant amount of our time somewhere, it's a plus for it to be a positive environment. Growth is inevitable: Everyone here is so intelligent that I have no choice but to get smarter day by day. I am honored to be a part of this team! Cons
I actually had 10 days off, PAID (including weekends) for the Christmas / New Years Holidays. I have never experienced working for a company that holds their employees in such high regard like they do here at T4S Partners, Inc. So if you are used to be treated like an inferior person by owners / employers / managers, and want to continue to be treated as such, then this may be a "CON" for you.
