Pros
The management and senior engineers are all very easy to talk to you. I found all managers to be honest and fair (the other review about dishonesty was product of a corporate change that has now been resolved). You get lots of mentor-ship if you seek it out. The internship process is a work in progress but that is a good thing in my opinion, the lack of structure seen at other companies means you can do real work day one. The company obviously values work-life balance and the culture in the office is relaxed. Very nice to be able to walk in and talk to the head of the US office at almost anytime to have a chat!
Cons
Work can get a bit mundane at times, not boring, but not exceedingly difficult. The work-life balance is geared more on the life side, which is great for most but not if you crave a constant challenge and enjoy 60 hour work weeks its not the most rewarding place to work. Obviously to others this is a plus but to individuals who lean towards the work side of work-life it can get a bit frustrating. Also while I was working one of my direct mangers left (personal reasons) who was an A+ quality boss, that played heavily into my leaving.
