Pros
Very little to find pro with this company. They treat IT like they were invisible. The CFO has no concept about basic IT functionality nor is he interested in learning. He would rather point fingers.
Cons
If you can't resolve a problem in less than 2 minutes you will get dinged. Company management has no idea what it takes to do the things they want and have no interest in learning. Management lies to employees about how they are doing and forces first level managers to lie. The infrastructure is old. They frequently buy software that they won't pay for upgrades on so we have no place to get support if needed. We are still expected to resolve problem. If you are thinking about working here run run away.
