Cons
1. They hire you on some skill and then you are asked to work on something else. 2. Expectation from you is such that once you have joined the firm from the first day only you have to start working on prod issues without proper Knowledge Transfer. 3. If you are not able to keep up as expected the manager will threaten you saying that you will be sacked in front of all your team members. 4. A minor escalation during your work will be treated as a blunder and you will receive mail even from the account manager asking to explain the situation. You see the con of being part of such a small firm. 5. The female manager is very mean and her behaviour towards employees is highly contemptuous. 6. Multiple follow ups is required from your side if something is pending at HR side. 7. The HRs don't hesitate to ask you to resign if your feedback from manager is bad , they don't listen to your side of story. 8. No job security , anytime you can be sacked. 9.
