There are many cons: 1. No HR policy. 2. In time out time rule for no reason, as most of the employee don't have work to do. Few blessed employees are exceptions here due to special favor. 3. CEO is completely(I mean 100%) biased to IITans and his friends in management. IITans freshers get 4 times more salary from senior employees. and they even don't know why..!! 4. Very apparently all the management is either CEO's ex colleague or old friends. The pre existing management was fired. 5. High job insecurity, people are hired with all the facilities when needed, and then within few days fired on one day notice as most of the projects evaporate. 6. Obviously the promotion and increment depends on biased reviews and not visible to the employee so that anyone can not question. And work pressure also depends on your likability not talent. 7. Variable part of the salary is not given to many employees and HR has no answer why..!! 8. Designation after senior software developer is Manager. Because no one here knows anything between these.. :D 9. All the client are complaining about delivery quality, most recently many accounts having more than 50 billable people each, have moved away for the reason. So you can guess how many are forced to leave. 10. Even HRs are frequently resigning here. I am stopping here but there are many more cons.

1. They hire you on some skill and then you are asked to work on something else. 2. Expectation from you is such that once you have joined the firm from the first day only you have to start working on prod issues without proper Knowledge Transfer. 3. If you are not able to keep up as expected the manager will threaten you saying that you will be sacked in front of all your team members. 4. A minor escalation during your work will be treated as a blunder and you will receive mail even from the account manager asking to explain the situation. You see the con of being part of such a small firm. 5. The female manager is very mean and her behaviour towards employees is highly contemptuous. 6. Multiple follow ups is required from your side if something is pending at HR side. 7. The HRs don't hesitate to ask you to resign if your feedback from manager is bad , they don't listen to your side of story. 8. No job security , anytime you can be sacked. 9. Highly unprofessional firm , never join you will regret
