- No flexibility ( only if you are in AB, they seem to get all perks) -Management WILL throw you under the bus -Workload makes you want to be sick -Absolutely no chance of of moving to the bank as they would prefer to hire externally rather then internally from insurance -Processes are ridiculous - We at TD Insurance give the client whatever they want, even if it is wrong as we do not want that detractor (we are the joke within the insurance industry) -Unrealistic / unfair performance marking - and so on
