Pros
A great company overall. Very professional yet casual company. Senior leaders are willing to communicate directly with junior members, no hierarchy of limitations. They also have a great maternity leave policy. Very supportive and generous.
Cons
Having a manager who is unsupportive and unwilling to meet for one on ones. I found unless its an HR requirement or major issues my manager avoids meeting one to one. S/he is only focused on the numbers/ amount of worked produced. No real support for personal growth and try's to limits relationship development outside of the team unless Your a senior team member.
