Pros

Flexible hours, welcomes diversity, excellent benefits.

Cons

Employees who stay for years will never make what the new employees coming in are making. Branches are short staffed and company has no problem working hourly employees 50-60 hours a week. Upper management are phonies who only care about appearances. Terrible work life balance, insulting raises, bad for your mental health. The company does not tend to promote from within, as it used to when it was Commerce Bank. They are too busy recruiting from other banks to care about current employees. TD is cutting back on staffing severely, so be prepared to do the jobs of several people for the pay of 1. Frustrating communication between departments.
