Interaction at all levels. A lot of support for career development. Senior management is willing to listen to the ideas or suggestions from junior level employees. Great place to start or build a career.
Cons
Project integration and implementation can be regularly slow. There is a reluctance to share information amongst departments and usually requires a long formal process to gather the most tedious information or data.
