Pros
Flexibility. No issue in working remotely (snow emergencies, etc).
Cons
The legacy "Commerce Kids" are well taken care of. Anyone else can pretty much go to hell. This company is super obsessed with youth. Take it as a warning sign when everyone in your department is under 40 including executive management. Management is disengaged. I have never worked with a group of people so nasty and mean (management) in all my life. I've felt more compassion and caring at the DMV! TD's new motto should be, "we don't just hate your work, we actually hate YOU". The attrition rate is incredibly high here. In a span of two and half years, I witnessed a turnover rate of over 25%. Good luck with that "war on attrition".
