Pros
Gets you a foot into the door with your investment and relationship career. Team members are usually a pleasure to work with. Things are kept rather simple, no need to be an investment expert.
Cons
Very Cookie cutter approach even In the Private investment world. Very little room for customization. It's not officially written down which is what makes it more of a cult approach. Pressure to just sell and sell. Current clients will suffer the consequences. Very little work life balance. First year or two things seem great of your top quartile, after this it will be hard go keep up but the demand does not slow down. Systems constantly change so you loose focus on your clients.
