Pros

The people who have worked with TD Bank for years are phenomenal. They create a great culture and actively encourage transparency.

Cons

TD is very slow to deal with Management problems. There are Sr. Managers and VPs who retaliate, create hostile work environments with a culture of exclusion. Damage employees reputations at leadership tables and engage inequitable practices. While HR comes and does "reviews" and they use the internal survey Pulse, nothing ever gets done about leadership problems. The problem people just get shuffled to new leaders with their entire team intact. This needs to stop. You are losing a tremendous amount of talent because of the shenanigans of a few people in leadership positions. The bank is too hierarchical. Often the best ideas are with the people who are managers and below, yet leadership does not give them the time of day and Sr. Managers and VPs do not highlight or develop talent.
