Has good benefits, good vacation time and can get banked time , coworkers are great, flex time is offered for work/family
Cons
Extreme micromanaging, all numbers based, hires management from the bank with absolutely no knowledge of insurance, hangs your job over your head, unfair bonus qualifications, all about the bottom dollar, management has become very negative, too many targets and unrealistic expectations
