It's great to hear the people side has worked for you, good colleagues, a fun environment, and a KPI structure that's felt clear and workable.
On management, the concern about decision-making and how input is received is fair to raise. Leadership should make room for different perspectives, not just compliance, and where that isn't happening, it's worth us understanding why.
We won't speak to specific staffing or client decisions here, but feedback like this should reach the people who can act on it.
