Pros
The work given to me as an intern was challenging and legitimately useful for the company, not just busy-work, so it was a win-win situation for both parties. The intern activities were very fun and involved the managers so we could form a good bond. I would definitely recommend this company for an internship experience, they are definitely interested in hiring back hard-working interns. I currently have a job offer pending, so they are serious about their college recruiting. The culture is laid-back and I made some great friendships with coworkers who treated me as an equal even though I was still a student at the time. By in a large an amazing experience and opportunity.
Cons
Some of the more critical-position employees have little personal time away from the job, so potentially the work load is not properly distributed at some levels.
