Cons
Rotating management, management bullying, and preferential treatment. Gender Discrimination = Female perform SAME-DUTIES as male workers, yet are paid less. Bonuses also apply to gender-pay-gap, Female worker will receive bonuses HALF of the amount given to male co-workers. aka: Toxic Environment
