Good 401k match (you put in 1%, they put in 5%), lots of opportunities to network, availability to move around, global, pay is higher than average for those under 5-10 years
Cons
Can be very demanding in plant environment, some management are leaders, but most in plants are bosses (demand unrealistic goals), US locations are not exciting
