Many employees ranging from technicians to mid level managers feel that they are very "under-appreciated" by upper management. Several employees also think that HR is not doing a good job in terms of ensuring fair protection of employee rights. Many uncertainties in future stability of the company are also proven by lots of lay offs & furlough days in manufacturing units.
