Pros
Lots of opportunities are available for those who are willing to go after the golden ring. Co-wokers are usually energized and helpful even though they have been severely beaten over the last 3-5 years.
Cons
Lots of divisions in constant turmoil do to re-org after re-org after re-org. Then emphasis on growing individual talent seems to be the first casualty of a down market.
