Pros
- Good salary - Good benefits - Great experience as there are always projects / pilots for new technology and tools - Large ERP environment to gain even more experience - Depending on your IT area of expertise, opportunities for cross-knowledge transfer with other IT areas
Cons
- Executives talk a lot about how important the employees are, but it seems keeping the stock price up is what takes a priority. When the business drops in profits/sales, cuts and layoffs are soon to follow. I guess this keeps the company lean and "cuts the fat"
