Salary and benefits (health care, 401K, vacations) very good, lots of training, room for advancement

very poor upper management, do not follow corporate ethical policies, no use for employees with any experience, too much turnover, employees overworked and are stressed about losing their jobs, constant turmoil, poor decision making
