Pros
Provides training on business ethics and other areas on a regular basis. The last training I took was a great class on active and passive communication.
Cons
These classes appear to be given to just "check the box" in training records. Some management may put the training to practice, but many do not and continue to practice unethical conduct and very poor communication.
