Pros
The benefits are good. They pay 20% of your health care costs if you meet 4/5 criteria of healthiness. The health care is pretty decent as well. Their 401k plan is very nice. After 5 years, they will put in 5% if you put in at least 3%. They have a fitness center on campus. They also have free coffee, tea and hot chocolate!
Cons
There is no room for growth. They tend to allow inappropriate behavior to continue without punishment. They are too focused on minuscule details, instead of what is important: customers AND employees. The employees are considered easily replaceable. They have recently laid off quite a bit of their workforce due to outsourcing.
