Reasonable compensation. Some coworkers are genuinely good people but they can only do so much given the top-down culture and constant micromanagement by the Chief Strategy Officer.
Cons
The Chief Strategy Officer. I have never seen a senior leader manage a team with such a myopic focus on inflating their own personal status within an organization. Excessive meetings every week where the CSO makes the entire team listen to each project team update him on every single project. Lack of meaningful, impactful projects (most projects are either administratively managing the annual planning process or spending months creating slides with no actual impact on business direction). Everyone that does manage to find success within the team quickly moves to roles as far from the Chief Strategy Officer's influence as possible. Preferences shown by the CSO for team members in India or from India.
